3. The advantages of rebar welded mesh panel(reinforced concrete welded mesh):
    1,reducing the installation of a large number of working hours, less than 50%-70% time than binding wire.
    2, a high dense space between, longitudinal and transverse reinforcement rebars can make it solid and prevent the emergence of concrete cracks, rebar panel for floor can reduce to about 75% of the surface cracks.
    3, particularly applicable to large-scale concrete works, the hole size of rebar welded panel is very structured which far exceeds the manual binding wire. large mesh stiffness, good elasticity make it uneasy to appear bend, deform and slip when casting reinforced concrete, Concrete Cover is easy to control, improved the quality of reinforced concrete works obviously.
    4, with a better integrated cost-effective, the intention of welded rebar material is 50% higher than I type(smooth steel welded bars )~ 70% (ribbed steel welded bars. after considering the construct request it can save 30% of material. Considering all,(as compared with rebar I-class), project cost can be reduced to about 10% of the whole.
