2. The hot dipped galvanized iron wires is to Dip the iron wires into the hot melted zinc liquid. The zinc layers are 10 to 100 times thicker than the electro-galvanized iron wires. The ability of anticorrosion is stronger than the electro-galvanized iron wires.

1. The electro-galvanized iron wires belong to cold galvanization.
The electro-galvanized (the cold galvanized) are formed through electrochemical reaction. The hot dipped are formed through physical reaction.

2. The zinc layers of the electro-galvanized iron wires are thin (10g/m2).
The layers of the hot dipped galvanized iron wires are thick (40-300g/m2).

3. The anticorrosion ability of the electro-galvanized iron wires is weaker but the surface is smooth and the price is cheap.
